Typical Repair process

At first contact I would ask for the make model and a fault description
From this I can work through an over the phone diagnostics process with you
In most cases this will lead me to an accurate pre diagnosis & quote for the repair or could possibly solve the issue with no charge to you
Then either a booking will be confirmed or parts will be pre ordered where necessary

To avoid time wasters, should the repair require minimal input, eg setting a clock timer or turning a power switch on (all of which would be pointed out during the pre diagnosis) then a charge of £65 will be raised.
